Return Policy

- NO REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT ONLY. No Refunds will be applied under any circumstances.

- SHIPPING We do not ship internationally and we do not ship to PO BOX.

- PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SUBMIT THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. We are not responsible for lost/stolen / open packages, once the package is shipped, UPS /FedEx / USPS will be responsible since you agreed with us to ship with these shipping companies and the liability is now between you and the shipping company. We can do our best to help you get all information you need to file a claim.

If customers want to use their own UPS / FedEx / USPS account they are fully responsible for getting all the information to file a claim in case of lost or damaged packages.

Customers are responsible if there is any fee for address correction or wrong address provide. Please make sure the address provided is correct before submitting your order.

- DAMAGED ITEM : If the item is defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Please shoot the picture of the item on the defective area and send the picture to us by email ( sales@tresserclothing. com ) with your order number , style number and size of the damage piece , so that we could submit them to our Technical Director, after they check and agree, we will contact you back with a RGA# after Approval and a Store Credit Will be Applied for the confirmed amount on your next order .

- RETURNS or cancellation policy with cooling off period (a time-frame in which the customer may return the goods they have purchased without giving any explanation)

Within 5 days of delivery.

15% Restock fee will be deducted from the original returned amount. Store Credit will be applied for the remaining Balance.


All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a credit memo.
